Vijay Kumar Sinha is an Indian politician and leader of the opposition in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly from Lakhisarai constituency since 2005.

He was the Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly from 25 Nov 2020 to 24 August 2022, Vijay Sinha resigned from his post following a no-confidence motion moved against him by the current ruling Mahagathbandhan.

He was the most revolutionary Speaker of Bihar legislative assembly till date. In his first year as a speaker, 100% answers were given in the house. This was the first time in the history that 100% of questions were answered. He also introduced an online help desk system for the members. His initiative of 5 Sankalp was also started by Honourable President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind on 100th anniversary of Bihar Legislative Assembly. This initiative will boost the harmony and will build a better society for our youth, who are the future of our nation.
